We will continue riding from Westhaven on Sundays during the Prime Season.  Here is a map to guide you to the parking lot at Westhaven.  Westhaven Blvd. is directly across Hwy. 96 from the end of Old Charlotte at the big sign for Gentry Farm.  There's a new traffic light there.

On most Sundays, we ride out Boyd Mill and then take the tough climb up Parker Branch. At the end of that road, various groups form for different distances and routes. It is easy to do a 25- or 30-mile route, although most regular riders will add miles along the way. Sometimes we start on the Old Pancake route over to Leipers Fork.  At the start we will establish the approximate distance that various groups intend to ride.  Many riders will do a 50- or 60-mile ride, improvising the route as they go along.  And sometimes we do something entirely different!

By popular demand, Jim Keffer will lead a short, no-drop version of the Sunday ride at a "conversational" pace!  He's planning to take riders up Parker Branch, down Old Hwy. 96 to Leipers Fork, and back by Southhall, for 18 miles.  So this is another opportunity for our new and returning riders to get on the road under the best conditions!  Here is Jim's intended route:
