(We’re going on a) Penguin Hunt

The Polar Bears have arisen from their Summer slumber and are hungry! Come and join Durk for the first of the off-season rides as we head out from Hillsboro school on a loop of the west side. We shall tackle the fun climbs of Green's Chapel, Liberty Road and Backbone (old 96). Choose between 46 and 32 miles routes, both of which have a rest stop at Fairview. Durk will be riding the short route. The long route will ride Bear Creek in the east to west direction, the first time we've done that in a long while. There will be plenty of options to add a few extra miles if you want them, with a group likely to start from Westhaven for an extra 12 miles overall. Check the HBC GroupMe for details.
