The starting time for our regular HBC Saturday ride has been moved to 10:00 A.M.  The day looks pretty nice, but it's supposed to get down to 21 degrees on Friday night.  So an extra hour to warm up should help it get well above freezing! 

Saturday, Feb. 15 - 10:00 A.M. - Polar Bear Ride - Pulltight Paradise! - Clovercroft Elementary School, 9336 Clovercroft Rd., Franklin 37067 - It's time for an eastside ride up Pulltight!  Other than that iconic climb, the two routes for Saturday aren't too hilly!  There are options of 41 and 57 miles, both of which go down to Bethesda, Flat Creek, and Cross Keys before tackling Pulltight.  There is a rest stop at the Bethesda Market at mile 16 on the Short route and mile 20 on the Long route.  After that the Short riders go directly home, while the Long riders go over to the fun rollers on Taliaferro and come back on Cox Road.  Here are the cue sheets:
