Saturday, Feb. 22 - 9:00 A.M. - Polar Bear Ride - Not Up Garrison! - Hillsboro Elementary School in Leipers Fork, 5412 Pinewood Rd. - In Durk's absence, Scott Block has designed this Saturday's ride, and he and Debbie Wason will lead it.  When we ride from Leipers Fork, we usually start by going up Garrison.  So for a change of pace, this time we'll first go up Wilkins Branch, which really means UP!  There are options of 39 and 53 miles, which run together until the rest stop at Nett's at mile 29.  Along the way riders will enjoy South Harpeth and the great run down Oscar Green.  From Nett's the Short route goes directly back to the school by Leipers Creek, while the Long riders get to climb Raleigh-Elam and Fly Hollow!  Both routes are moderately hilly.  Here are the cue sheets:
