For Saturday. Durk Peterson has designed a very fun, flatter than usual, course of 48 miles from Hillsboro School, starting at 8:00.  We'll take the new pavement down Fox Branch, climb Woolard, and pass thru Santa Fe twice!  We'll stop there at the market at mile 20.  Then the long riders will climb Lewis, make the nice run along Chestnut Ridge, and enjoy the descent on Sulphur Springs.

We will also continue the Collegial Ride at a 14-16 mph pace, led this week by Amy Crownover and also starting at 8:00.  Its course is 38 miles, making it to Santa Fe a bit more directly and omitting half of Chestnut Ridge.  There are several ways to cut the collegial route shorter if riders prefer.  We've been having great participation in these easier-option rides.
