Old Trace Trot!

This looks like a typical fall Saturday, and Tony Pile has a fun but challenging route on the west side where the fall colors should be at their best.  The route follows the twists and turns of the Old Natchez Trace over to Highway 7, before dropping down onto the open roads of Water Valley.  The rest stop will be at the Santa Fe store.  The ride comes in via Theta, Sycamore, Bear Creek, and Bailey.  The full route is 52 miles, with several climbs!

The Collegial ride will follow the same route along the Old Trace, then swing north and return via Greenbriar and Fox's for a total of 33 miles.  Bob Whitmer will lead at a 14-15 mph pace, also starting at 9:00.  We are thrilled that these rides are drawing such good participation this season, thanks to Bob and Amy!
