For this Saturday we will do some exploring on the far west side of our riding territory!  While we did this route last season, the area is still relatively new to most of us.  It's a moderate route of 56 miles, starting at Fairview Elementary School.  Unfortunately the amazing rest stop we had last time at Pinewood Mercantile is not available, since that store/restaurant closed following the flooding of their nearby farm.  But Linitas is just down the road at mile 31 and is still doing well.  (It was the official rest stop last time since it is more of a convenience store).  Linitas offers rest rooms and a selection of water and sports drinks for sale.

The leaves have just started to turn, so we may get some fall color!
