HBC Saturday Ride - Goshen to Godwin or Chestnut
Saturday looks warm and a little breezy for the final Polar Bear ride. We follow a regular route out on Garrison, Bending Chestnut and down Fox Branch, then follow the creek road all the way to the fun climb up Martin Ervin. The 47mile route will then fly down Goshen and Turkey Creek before taking Snow Creek to the rest stop. After our libations it's more Snow Creek then over the top to Leipers Creek and straight back in, hopefully with something of a tailwind. The shorter route hangs a left at the top of Martin Ervin and takes Shouse Road before a shimmy over Hwy 7 to join Chestnut Ridge. At Skelly they rejoin the main route and roll back in. Note: there is no rest stop on the shorter route so be prepared
A good west side spin is guaranteed, before we head over the east side for next week's Kick off ride. We look forward to seeing you out on the road this Saturday
