This Saturday, Tony P will lead a west side ride that loops up to Fairview and back on some rarely ridden roads to the west of the 840. We'll start with the ever popular climb up Wilkins Branch to get our legs warmed up!  After the fast run down Backbone we'll enjoy the scenic Caney Fork Road and work our way up King Road to Fairview. We shall pass by Bowie Nature park and go as far north as Old Cox Pike before swinging back south. Our rest stop (mile 23) is at the Country Quick Stop gas station as we re-cross highway 100. We then take Daugherty-Capley Road and Barnhill Road before reaching the more familiar territory of West Lick Creek, Shoals Branch and Greenbrier. The route in is via Foxes and Peach Hollow

The medium route cuts out the roads north of Highway 100, but offers a rest stop at mile 14 at the regular Fairview gas station. The shorter option doesn't make it to Fairview, instead cutting south on Deer Ridge to reach North Lick Creek. Note there is no rest stop on the short route
