Lane Speeds (unless notified by track official)

  • Lane 1 22+
  • Lane 2 17+
  • Lane 3 12-16
  • Lane 4 12-16

Riding in Lane 1 (Speed) you should stick or stay on the solid yellow line.Passing should be on the right only. Do not ride high in Lane 1 except to pass, come off the front of a pace line, or leave the lane.  Passing below the line (on the left) is not permitted.

Riding in Lane 2 (Tempo) should stick or stay on the first white dotted line.Passing should be on the right only, Do not ride high in Lane 2 except to pass, come off the front of a pace line, or leave the lane. Passing below the line (on the left) is not permitted.  

Riding in Lanes 3-4 (Recovery lanes) stay above the white line, ride two abreast, passing on either side, but not into lane 2.

All should respect the speeds and rules of the lanes, riding slower than the speeds posted is not acceptable in any lane. IE, lane 2 is not a recovery lane

Passing – it’s the rider passing who is responsible for safely passing the rider in the front. passing in the same lane, please use, ‘Stay’ or ‘Hold your Line’ when passing.

No ear buds permitted on track, offenders will be asked to leave.
