Memorial Day, Monday, May 27 – 8:00 A.M. – Parthenon-to-Pasquo Urban Retreat! – Centennial Park, West End Avenue in Nashville, West Side of The Parthenon – On holidays in recent years we’ve explored around the city and gone north, south, and east.  Now it’s time to go west!  This year’s Memorial Day courses have something for everyone, with options of 20, 38, and 48 miles!  Please park in the lots on the west side of The Parthenon.  The routes run together for the first 10 miles and take the Greenway over to the Knob Rd./Hillwood area.  We’ll explore some long stretches of the Music City Bikeway that are nice and flat.  The Short riders will return directly through Belle Meade, while the other routes go out Hwy. 100 for a couple of miles and then reach Bellevue and Pasquo on nice suburban roads.  The Medium route heads back from Pasquo on Sneed and the Old Trace before a shady 3 miles through Percy Warner Park and then Belle Meade.  Meanwhile the Long riders will climb from Pasquo up to McCrory and take Poplar Creek over to Hester Beasley before heading home on Sneed and riding through a corner of the Park like the Medium route.  Here are the cue sheets:

Long route – Parthenon-to-Pasquo – GPS

Medium route – Parthenon-to-Pasquo – GPS

Short route – Parthenon-to-Pasquo (almost) – GPS
