Saturday, Feb. 25 – 9:00 A.M. – Hillsboro Elementary School, 5412 Pinewood Rd., Leipers Fork – Bailey-Burwood-Barnhill-Backbone Blast! – Saturday looks to be slightly cool but dry and sunny, so we will again try our course that spans most of our riding territory on the west side.  The Long route travels all the way from the Thompson Station area to Fairview.  It has some good hills, but not as many as our last Saturday adventure!  The Long route is 58 miles, and there is a 36-mile Short route.  These routes travel together for the first 25 miles.  Durk will also have some intermediate options.  Everyone can rest at the Burwood Store, and the Long riders will go all the way to Fairview before taking on Backbone Ridge at the end!  At least Old Hwy. 96 is as smooth as silk now!  Here are the cue sheets:
