Saturday, Apr. 6 – Kickoff Ride & Annual Picnic! – Edwin Warner Park, Shelter 3, Vaughn Road just off Old Hickory Blvd. –The HBC Kickoff Ride for the Prime Season will be on Saturday, April 6, from Edwin Warner Park, Shelter 3.  It will be followed by the Annual Picnic when the riders return.  Starting times for the different routes will be staggered so the riders will finish at about the same time and can enjoy the picnic together.  We have leaders who have volunteered to sweep each route.  Here are the route options, which are the same as last year’s:

9:00 – Long route begins – 57 miles – Dan Jensen will sweep

At approximately 12:30 when the riders return, we will have a picnic at Shelter 3.  The club will provide burgers, brats, and soft drinks.  Riders are requested to bring a side dish, salad, or dessert to share.  Russ Welty and R.J. Locurto will be in charge of the grill!
